You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated, including the social accounts you connect for scheduling.

By connecting social media accounts, you authorize Post Scheduler to post, schedule, and manage content on your behalf according to your settings.

You remain responsible for the content you create or schedule. Ensure your posts comply with the policies of each connected platform.

We may temporarily pause or revoke access to a connected account if we detect abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

You agree not to use Post Scheduler for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including spam, harassment, intellectual property violations, or attempts to bypass platform limits.

We may suspend or terminate access for behavior that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create or schedule. You grant Post Scheduler a license to store and transmit that content for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the materials you upload or publish.

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, feature updates, or third-party outages (e.g., social network APIs) may affect availability.

Features may evolve over time. We will work to preserve scheduled posts, but some changes may require you to reconnect accounts or update settings.

We handle your data according to our Privacy practices. Connected-account data (tokens, usernames, avatars) is used only to deliver scheduling and management features you request.

Do not share login credentials. Use official connection flows for each provider to grant access securely.

If Post Scheduler offers paid plans, you agree to pay applicable fees. Plan details, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented at checkout.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of service.

Post Scheduler is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost data, missed posts, or damages arising from use of the service to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
